How it works

Assessment and Quotation:

After your watch arrives, we will assess the timepiece for any specific refurbishments and rectifications. Please allow 1-2 working days for us to provide you with a quotation if one hasn’t been provided already.

Your approval comes first! We will not begin any work on your watch until you have officially reviewed and approved our quotation.

What happens if I decide not to proceed?

If you decide to decline the quote, please note that a small handling fee, plus the cost of return shipping, packaging, and insurance, may be charged.

Shipping & Coverage

Fully insured return delivery begins at £24.00, with the final cost determined by the total value of your timepiece. The confirmation and instructions on how to proceed after receiving the shipping kit will be sent to you via email after ordering your kit

Please do not include original presentation boxes or extra accessories when shipping your watch.

Our Pre-Paid Shipping Kit provides a secure and convenient way to send your luxury watch to Watch Polishing Centre for professional polishing, refurbishment, and restoration services. Each kit includes protective packaging, a tracked shipping label, and simple step-by-step instructions to help ensure your timepiece arrives safely at our workshop.

Once your watch arrives, our specialists will carefully assess the timepiece for any required refurbishments or rectifications. Please allow 1–2 working days for your quotation to be provided if one has not already been issued. No work will begin until you have reviewed and approved the quotation.

If you decide not to proceed with the recommended work, a small handling fee along with return shipping, packaging, and insurance charges may apply. Fully insured return delivery starts from £24.00, depending on the total value of your watch.

Please do not send presentation boxes or unnecessary accessories with your watch. Throughout the process, our team will keep you updated by email so you always know the status of your timepiece.

Frequently asked questions

Yes, absolutely. Your peace of mind is our top priority! All the instructions to ensure this are sent via email upon ordering the kit. The key points are as follows:
Keep the tracking reference on the parcel
Take a picture and/or video of the timepiece prior to shipping
Take a picture and/or video of the Parcel with timepiece enclosed
You do not need to send this to us it just needs to be retained for your information.

You can drop off your securely packaged shipping kit at any Royal Mail post office. We would always advise visiting an official post office as opposed to a subsidiary franchise.
Do not leave the package in an unstaffed drop box.
Hand the package directly to an attendant so it can be scanned immediately, activating your tracking and insurance.

Your shipping kit will arrive with you within approximately 2-3 business days after order. If you have not received this after the time-frame - please do contact us.

There is no need to travel into central London and the watch is fully insured both ways. We provide secure packaging to ensure the watch is safe and secure.
